Alexander Griechisches Restaurant in Vilseck

It was our first time in this restaurant. The ambience seems "typical" at first. The waitress came promptly and we got our drinks quickly. We ordered a starter, which was unfortunately lukewarm. I also think it's a shame that there is no mixed starter plate for 2 people. The choice of the main dishes was difficult for us because the offer is very large. The prices are still moderate with the tendency towards higher prices. The food was tasty. I had the impression that we had to wait longer for the waitress after the main course, so we didn't want to order any more drinks.

Premiere did not succeed This was my first time at Alexander in Barleben. The restaurant is not very large, bright and attractively decorated. Despite the lack of reservation we spontaneously got a seat. The reception was very friendly. It was immediately asked for the desired drinks, which were also very quickly brought to the table. However, this positive impression could not be confirmed during the meal. The food was brought after an excessively long wait, measured by the small number of guests in the restaurant. Visually, it made a, typical for a Greek restaurant, impression. Unfortunately the Cretan potatoes of my escort were cold and my pepper steak on the outside was dry fried and inside raw. Lowest level. Every hobby chef gets better at this. Especially since the order was not asked for the desired cooking level. The chef should focus on the neighboring bistro. It should be enough to cut off a kebab skewer. The two stars are only for the friendly service. Who wants to Greek in Barleben should choose the competitor.

Service leaves much to be desired. Tables are dirty Tablecloth is shaken and turned over. Long waiting times when ordering drinks. Waitress standing behind the counter and making up her hair.

Nice food. Good waitresses. The only thing what would you face with is they don't accept many widespreaded cards. Have some cash in a pocket.

We were the first time in this restaurant and fully satisfied. Very nice and fast service. The food was very good. Garlic bread, tzatziki and gyros with Metaxasoße were delicious and fresh prepared. You can recommend a visit!

I would like to describe our visit to Restaurant Alexander as mixed. To emphasize are the fresh kind of the facility and the friendly service, only average is however the quality of the meals. Unfortunately, my gyros just got more salt than necessary, but it lacked the garlic bread to taste. Parking is sufficiently available there.

Nice ambience in the restaurant! Unfortunately a lot of negative despite pre-order no suitable table the waitress asks how long you want to stay! And then you need 30 minutes to order the food and then again 1 hour 15 to get its main course after asking when the food would come!

Best Greek cuisine in the Magdeburg region! Baked lamb with thick or green beans is available in every Greek. In delicious fruity tomato sauce; to my knowledge, only in ALEXANDER !!! Oberlecker, especially for connoisseurs of the cuisine from the Balkans. Very friendly service, which gives you the feeling of being a welcome guest and not just a customer.

Optically nicely decorated, unfortunately quite loud. Half an hour until the order was taken. One meal was burnt and the rice was not through. Service was insufficient (had a 3-year-old child), nobody took care when entering and in between not ... unfortunately. Invoice on demand after 2 hours. Maybe there will be a next time with hopefully different experience.
